Sedation is a fresh Dj/producer in the bass music scene based out of Dallas, Texas. He has been active in the underground rave community since 2022. Alec's deep rooted connection to EDM began in childhood through his family, evolving into a full-blown passion for songwriting and sound design later in life. His performance shows a wide variety of genres and boundary pushing doubles.
While Sedation has been mixing for several years, he’s spent the past year and a half diving headfirst into music production, crafting unique blends that combine experimental and heavy performances. His sound tends to lean more into the trap, dubstep vibe bringing lots of energy while also including experimental weirdness drawing listeners into immersive "sedated sensations".
Within his time as an artist, Sedation has earned opportunities to share the stage with rising inspirations like Blurrdvzn, The Widdler, Wonky Willa, and Luci. As a true testament to his fast growing presence in the underground bass scene.
