Sedation is a driven Dj/producer in the bass music scene out of Dallas, Texas. Alec's deep rooted connection to EDM began in childhood through his older brother. After attending his first edm festival in 2021, it inspired a full-blown passion for dance music and its sound design. His performance shows a wide variety of genres and boundary pushing doubles.

While Sedation has been playing shows for several years, he’s spent the past 2 years diving headfirst into music production, crafting unique blends that combine experimental and heavy sound. His overall theme leans into a variety of dubstep, weird experimental bass, and trap vibes, bringing a heavy energy while drawing listeners into immersive "sedated sensations".

Within his time as an artist, Sedation shared the stage with rising inspirations like Blurrdvzn, Mport, Gallium, Ozztin, Mind Game, Starseed, Star Monster, Finnuh, Sfam, Bawldy, Shlump, Shanghai doom, Chozen, Wonky Willa, and Luci. A true testament to his passion for the underground bass scene.
